BrandSeeder

Fintech / prop firm marketing

Marketing agency for prop firms.

( social, video, creators, affiliates and lead generation for proprietary trading firms )

01The short version

BrandSeeder is a marketing agency for prop trading firms. We run the channels that bring traders to a challenge: social media, video, creators, influencers and affiliates, with lead generation and search work to turn that attention into sign-ups.

02What we do

Services, in detail.

03How we think about it

Our approach

01

Explain the offer simply
Challenge rules, profit splits and payout terms are where traders hesitate. We start by making those easy to understand on the site, in video and in ads.

02

Build trust in public
Traders check social channels, creators and reviews before they buy. We keep those active and consistent, so what they find matches what you promise.

03

Measure what a trader costs
We track each channel, creator and affiliate through to purchases, so budget moves to what brings in traders and away from what only brings clicks.

04What to know

How it works, in practice.

What makes prop firm marketing different

A prop firm sells an evaluation, not a trading account. The trader pays a fee, trades to a set of rules and, if they pass, trades the firm's capital for a share of the profit. The purchase is small and quick compared with opening a brokerage account, so most traders decide within a few visits.

That short decision puts the weight on two things: how clearly the offer is explained, and whether the trader believes the firm will pay out. Marketing that only chases reach, without answering those two questions, brings clicks that do not buy.

Where traders make up their minds

Traders rarely take a firm's own word for it. They watch creators trade a challenge on YouTube, read threads on X and Reddit, ask in Discord and Telegram groups, and check review sites before they pay. Increasingly they also ask an AI assistant to compare firms.

This is why creators, influencers and affiliates sit at the centre of prop firm marketing, and why a firm's own social channels and community need someone answering questions every day.

What to have in place first

Before spending on reach, a prop firm needs a rules page a new trader can follow, a payout policy stated in plain terms, tracking that ties each purchase back to the channel, creator or affiliate that brought it, and written terms for affiliates covering commission and what they may claim.

Claims we keep out of the marketing

We do not promise income, imply that passing is easy, or show profit screenshots without context. Where accounts are simulated, the marketing says so. Creators and affiliates are asked to disclose that they are paid. These are the claims that draw complaints, platform restrictions and the attention of regulators, and they are also the ones experienced traders distrust.

05Common questions

Questions, answered.

What does a prop firm marketing agency do?

It plans and runs the marketing that brings traders to a prop firm's challenges. For BrandSeeder that means social media, video, creator and influencer campaigns, affiliate programmes, lead generation and the content that supports them.

Which marketing channels do you run for prop firms?

Social media management, video and motion graphics, UGC creators, influencer marketing, affiliate programmes, lead generation, content creation and answer engine optimisation. You can hire us for one of these or for the whole mix.

Can prop firms advertise on Google and Meta?

It depends on the country, the platform and how the offer is described. Both platforms have policies for financial products and they change often, so we check the current rules for each market before planning a campaign. Where paid ads are restricted, we lean on creators, affiliates, social and search.

How do you work with influencers and affiliates?

We shortlist people whose audience matches your traders, agree what they will produce and how it will be disclosed, give each one tracking links, and report on sign-ups and purchases per partner.

Do you guarantee a number of sign-ups?

No. We agree the measures at the start, report against them regularly and tell you what we are changing, but nobody can honestly guarantee trader numbers.
